Full program description
Ethics in Healthcare is designed to introduce students to the discipline of bioethics and encourage students to engage in an active exploration of ethical issues often encountered in the health care field. The goal of the class is to develop students' skills in critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and philosophical analysis. Students will be expected to formulate and present their ideas and reflect on the relationship between moral, professional, and legal obligations of health care practitioners. This course is designed to provide a strong foundation for students pursuing a medical pathway in a variety of health care disciplines.
